| Shenzhen
Aerospace Property Management Co., Ltd (APM, for short hereinafter) is a
qualified professional property management company attached to Aerospace
Science & Industry Shenzhen (Group) Co., Ltd, which is a branch company
of China Aerospace Corporation (the former Ministry of Space and Industry
of PRC). The Group is composed of the headquarter, the foreign trade
sector, the property sector and the industry sector and owns 12 holding
companies, 7 shareholding companies and 4 branch companies (centers). Taking
its own technology as the base, its specialized manufacturing as the leading
sector, and its trade and property sectors as the two wings, the Group has
become a group corporation with comparatively strong competitive ability and
profit ability combining technology, industry and trade.
APM is a member unit of China Property Management Association, a standing director unit of Shenzhen Property Management Association and a standing director unit of Shenzhen Quality Management Association. The amount of its registered capital is 6,660,000 Yuan (RMB). APM is composed of several function departments, such as Human Resource Department, Quality Management Department, Finance Department, Electrical and Mechanical Service Department and Business Expansion Department, etc. There are eleven management sectors, four branch companies and one wholly owned subsidiary company (Aerospace Building Technology Company) subordinate to APM. All managers and technicians in APM are junior college or above graduates, and they all have qualification certificates for property management. At the present time, properties managed by APM can be found in home Shenzhen city, Jiangxi province, Guizhou province, Shandong province, Jiangsu Province, Hunan province, Sichuan province and Anhui province, etc, and also abroad in Vietnam. APM has a wide management coverage of various types of buildings, such as government offices, commercial buildings, commercial plazas, top-grade residences, industrial parks, university parks, hospitals, airports and stations, etc. The total coverage reaches 12,500,000 M2, and the annual operation income exceeds US$50,000,000. By right of its solid strength and excellent management, APM has established an image of brand property management company. It takes the lead in the same industry in passing the three international management system certifications, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS1800 for quality management, environment management and occupational health management respectively; the average satisfaction rate of property owners is above 98%; APM has been honored as the advanced unit for property management by the government for many times; the class A office building located in the center of Shenzhen city--Aerospace Skyscraper, honored by the government as the advanced unit for public security precaution and the model for safety and civilization construction, is honored as the model property management building for it wins the first in total score in the property management comparison activity organized by the government this year. |
